We want everyone to be able to use our website and portal.
Our standard
We design and test this website, the customer portal and the staff console against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes keyboard access throughout, visible focus, text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, status that never relies on color alone, and warnings before a session times out.
How we test
We use automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers, including NVDA and VoiceOver.
Known limitations
If we find parts that don't yet meet the standard, we list them here along with when we expect to fix them.
